We currently ship to the UK and Internationally.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier. While I always aim to get your order to you promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to postal services or customs (for international orders).

You’ll receive a tracking link (where applicable) once your item is shipped.

UK Royal Mail

Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be processed before shipping, unless stated otherwise. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way. All prices are listed in GBP and may be updated from time to time.

Europe & International

Express tracked service with price, duties and taxes calculated at the checkout. Delivered within 2-7 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the energetic and handmade nature of each item, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email me on hello@universoulstudio.com within 7 days of receiving order. Please include photos and I’ll do my best to resolve it with care.

cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t yet shipped, I’ll do my best to accommodate. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Packaging

I aim to make sure that all of the packaging used is as eco-friendly as possible.

Product care

To preserve your piece’s beauty and energy, store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Treat it with love and care - these are more than just objects.
